I have upgraded now, look:
[root dns t]# rpm -qa|grep bind
bind-utils-8.2.2_P5-9
ypbind-3.3-28
bind-8.2.3-0.6.x
[root dns t]#
So my problem is:
1-I did not edit the conf files directly (I dont know all them and their
places)
2-I ve just used the linuxconf and defined my domain/ reverse maping/ and
the ns/mx servers.
3-I have 2 ethernets card (private and internet address) The same machine is
also my firewall.
4-If I make ZoneCheck for exemple at www.nic.fr I get many errors.
My questions:
1-Where are the standard conf files?
2-With which commands can I check the fonctionality of my dns (like
nslookup)?
3-Are there exemple conf files, I can directly use?
Thnx in advance
