Just another case of linuxconf messing in configuration settings you don't
ask it to. In this case it is changing entries in /etc/fstab to use labels
instead of fixed mount points. When using removable drives and/or SCSI this
can be useful, because drive order might change in these cases, but for most
users using IDE disks this is not necessary, and can be confusing, since now
your /etc/fstab tells you your /boot partition is mounted on the drive with
LABEL=/boot which was which paritition (/dev/hd??)?

rpm -e linuxconf
