Adding X windows to existing Install

I have some questions.. I have 2 linux boxes that were installed without 
X-Windows/KDE
and I would like to add them now.. I know there are a pile of parts that 
need to be installed
to get them working.. Can anyone point me in the direction of where to go 
to get instructions
or guidelines.. ??? I would rather not do a complete reinstall as one is a 
active server on the
web with mail and other services.. so down time would be a problem....

I am running Redhat 6.2
