SCSI for Iomega Zip 100

I've been trying unsuccessfully to get my SCSI Iomega Zip 100 drive
working under Redhat 7.0. I'm using the aha1520-compatible Iomega card
that comes with the drive. My understanding is that this card has no
BIOS, so I have to force Linux to recognize it by putting the following
command in my /etc/lilo.conf file:

append="aha152x=0x140,9,7,1"

I've done that but when I boot I still get a message saying that no SCSI
hosts were found. I know the parameters on the above command are correct,
as I have OS/2 loaded on the same PC and its Hardware Manager gives the
above values for the IO port, IRQ, and SCSI ID.

Any help much appreciated.
