7.0 - 7.1

I recently purchased 7.0 and installed same... well 7.1 is available.
I've run the update agent and redhat network... my question is this...

Does the update agent update the 7.0 to 7.1, or do I have to
download/purchase 7.1? (I've had 7.0 about a month).
