Nope, updateagent won't manage that sort of thing. However, you can
download the rpms from redhat.com and get whatever functionality from 7.1
that you want in 7.0. It just takes a bit of work. If you just got rh 7.0,
you might be able to just keep up with patches and wait for 7.2 to upgrade
via a full box set. Good luck
