RE: Sorry Guys



I often find that the problem is the way the printer itself is set up.
Check the manual for the device.  Some of the dot-matrix printers run in a
number of modes.  Some Okidata's, for example, runs as an Okidata, an IBM
Proprinter and I think there is even a text-only mode.

Does the custom report writer use the Windows print subsystem, or does it
write to the driver, or perform some other low-level calls?
