You are running a custom built report writer on Windows.

The report fails at your client's site when running the report writer.
The printer prints fine from MS Word. (This probably excludes Windows
and the printer driver as a problem.)

The printer prints fine at your site. I assume the report writer prints
fine at your site as well.

It sounds like the custom built report writer is the problem. I'd check
the coding. It sounds like it may be coded for a particular printer
driver.
