C programming

Hi!
I have to compile a C program with RedHat 6.2 at college, and I just
installed RH 7 at home.   The problem is that I'm using vga.h & vgagl.h and
when I try to compile in RH 7 the compiler can't find the files, even when I
copied them  in /usr/include.   Am I missing something?   is there a .rpm
that I need to install to use graphic C libraries?
