Q: lan card error, insmod

Hi,
The eth0 initialization during the boot up time fails.
I did the  /sbin/insmod 3c90x.o and it gave me the "3c90x.o: init_module:
Device or resource busy.  Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect 
module
parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters".
/sbin/modprobe 3x90x is causing the same thing.
insmid /lib/modules/2.2.16-22/net/3c90x.0 failed.
insmod failed.
