Copy New Kernel to Floppy

I have upgraded new kernel to 2.4.1 without any problem.
The new kernel name is zbImage.

But, how can make Linux boot disk with new kernel, so I can boot with new
Kernel from external floppy?

I normally boot Linux from floppy, since I cannot make it work from
hard-disk. (and I don't mind booting it from floppy)
