If you want to be confused sometime. I mean *REALLY* confused, try reading
any of the manuals that Motorola puts out for their SVR4 unix Powerstack
systems. And I'm a SENIOR Systems Analyst very familiar with HP/UX, AIX, SCO
(though I hate to admit it), Solaris, Linux and the windows systems produced
by Mr. Bill).

Actually, some of the HOWTOs are very good at this. Others are lacking...

Even though some folks might not agree, I still like Chris Negus' book, Red
Hat Linux Bible. It doesn't go far enough, but it sure got me started right,
after learning more than I wanted to about Slackware...
