Exact same thing I have going on.. ;)
My setup would be a little different but mostly the same.
eth0 home network (Linksys 100LNE)
eth1 DSL (Linksys 100LNE (Both are 10/100 cards))
eth2 Cable (KTE 32pc card. (This is a 10base card)
My cable is 512k down and 128k up. My DSL is 1.5m down
and 128 up.
The modem is a 56k kflex style modem but is only for a backup and wont be
used otherwise.

Arcnet Goes to a dedicated internal Slew of Servers.
eth1 goes to a xDSL connection
eth2 goes to a Cable modem
eth3 goes to my Clients
I would like to do load balancing between eth1 and eth2. The only way I have
found to do proper load balancing is by using the gated daemon.
