troubles with wvdial.

Hello,
	I'm trying to get ppp going on one of my machines. I'm using wvdial, all
appears to go well until I get the error:
pppd daemon has died,
	and an error code of either 10 or 16. I checked /var/log/messages
	and came up with this:
peer not authorized to use remote address
	this occurs after ppp negociation, it starts to send authentication
packets, then it dies. Has anyone seen this error. My isp is earthlink if
that matters, I've added the two following lines to /etc/wvdial.conf:
Remote Name = "*"
New PPPD
	Suggestions welcome.
