I think this is where the MBR isn't cleaned up by the NT installation.
Boot using a DOS floppy, then using fdisk reload the MRN
a:\fdisk /mbr
good luck

Hi,
I have an high end box that had redhat 6.2 on it. I decided
to install NT on it. I used fdisk to reformat theIDE drive in
there and installed NT. When i tried to boot, it gave me "LI"
and stopped there. I am not sure if i am using the fdisk
command in right,proper format.
can someone give me an hint, please?.
J
