RH 7.0 already comes with the 2.4 version of the kernel-headers package,
which
you don't need to change or replace.
I'm not sure what the situation is with earlier versions of RH, but it's my
understanding
that you can download the 2.4 version from one of the RH mirrors (check in
the regular
7.0 package list for it) and install it, if you like. However, it's also my
understanding that,
unless you are going to build and/or compile programs, you don't have to
have
the kernel headers package . . . but I could be wrong.
