Mounting FAT32

I've come to that special time in my life where I'm about ready to switch
permanently from Windows to RH7. Unfortunately I've stumbled upon a certain
difficulty: I can't figure out how to mount the Windows partition so that I
can copy the files out. Could someone please tell me the command for this? I
know this is a stupid question, and so I appreciate all of y'all's help all
the more.
