I can't help you with printtool (I never use it), but remote print
queues are usually handled by an entry in /etc/printcap that specifies
"rm=remote_machine_name" (should resolve to the box's IP) and
"rp=remote_queue_name".  For HP JetDirects the queue name is "raw".
I'm not sure what it is for a Linksys PrintServer, but many will work
with any name, so you may want to just try "raw" if you can't get
any information from Linksys.

Even if you do setup the queue with printtool, check the results in
/etc/printcap directly to see what it did.
