UDP port

[Liger-dc <liger_dc yahoo com>]

I have install and run thids program, cflowd, that is supposed to listent for incoming netflow
packets on a specified udp port. My problem is that when I do a 'netstat -an' and I look at the
listening ports, my udp port isnt listening but the numerically identical tcp port is listening.
Is this the way that it is supposed to be? Or should my udp port be the one listening?
