Q: date and time error

hi,
in my RH7.0 box , i see that date and time are off. It shows wrong
month and time,...  Howd do i fix it?.
/etc/sysconfig/clock
Zone="America/Miami"
UTC=true
ARC=false

and the /etc/adjtime is "0.0 0 0.0 0".
