php3_track_vars

Hello all,
I have a php question.
I switched a program written in php3 over to my new server and when I try to
open it I get the following error
"Invalid command 'php3_track_vars', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a
module not included in the server configuration"

Is there something I can install on the server to fix this?
