Some .exe files aren't .exe and are really .zip instead. On those you
use unzip.
If is really and exe file, you can't run them directly. You can get
vmware (not cheap, not useful if you only want to run something on
occassion), win4lin (cheaper, works only [last I knew] with older
kernels) or wine (doesn't run too awful much for me, some have a little
better luck). WINE is free, the others cost. WINE is less likely to be
successful. But, it's free.
If you plan on running gobs of 'Doze products, vmware is your best bet.
If you want to play solitaire, WINE will do. If you're willing to
downgrade to 2.0.x kernels, then win4lin is good.
