Sure.  Become the root user, then copy the recipe into a file called
"/etc/procmailrc".  Make sure you delete the ">" marks.  If you already
have that file, make this the first recipe in it.

If you don't understand that, look at the procmail(1) man page,
"man procmail".  If you still don't get it, then you probably shouldn't
do this.
