I noticed these in the /usr/lib/apache directory on RH7.1, but I can't find any mention of them either on www.apache.org or on www.redhat.com. The /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd script finds these and sets -D flags for them, but there isn't much in the httpd.conf file to go on, either. If there is some sort of bandwidth control or throttling a` la IIS, I'd love to be able to employ it.
Anyone know anything about mod_bandwidth or mod_throttle? Other than they're installed with Apache on the RH7.1 release, are they doing anything but taking up a smidgen of disk space just to be there? :-)
