Icewm config file?

[chioufd sas upenn edu (Fu-Dong Chiou)]

I have a quick question.  I am using Icewm to startx (RH 7.1).  Each time xbiff, 
xclock and xload will start up automatically, however, they are not in a position 
I would like.  Which file should I modify to change the position of those tiny 
windows?  Thanks!
