Set up of a internet connection ethernet card&Alcatel modem

When trying to set up and internetconnection according the
hardware stated in the title and this with linuxcfg I receive the
following messages:
with pressing 'Accept', after filling in the necessary ISP data
gives RH the following message: "The state of the system is not in
sync. with the current/upgrade config.. You're allowed to make it
current.
If I asked which actions he says 'executing > /sbin/lilo'. I
'force' the config by selecting 'activate the > changes' and
receive the foolwing error <knip> > checking lilo > executing

The card is a LevelOne FNC-0109TX 10/100 Mbps. On the box is
saying

Can someone help me out please,
