 Does the access.db contains either the IP address of the sending machine, or 
an entry for the relayable from: addresses?
 Have a look at http://www.sendmail.org/tips/relaying.html, 
http://www.sendmail.org/m4/anti-spam.html, and of course the index at 
http://www.sendmail.org.
