Problem installing RH 7.1 thru network

Hi,

I am using RH7.0 with network-card rtl8139(Realtek)

Now, while trying to install RH7.1 via ftp, the n/w
driver is not working.
I tried 8139too driver from the drivers.img file but
it is not working.

Has anybody encountered this problem? can it be solved
by giving some arguments?
Is there any workaround for the same?
