I don't have a bootable setup right now, but I'll reinstall 7.0 and get that

Okay.. maybe we can look at the underlying things. If you still have a
bootable setup via rh7.0, could you show us the output of these commands?
fdisk -l
free
and the contents of /etc/fstab and /etc/modules.conf? That might give us a
little to go on. I can't say, from what you've posted so far, what could
make that happen. Hopefully a few others will volunteer some info, as I'm
no expert on raid.
