Need some help with RH7.1

I've recently installed a RH7.1 machine (I was running 6.2). All the basics
seem to be working fine. However, I need to take it to the next level and
get a firewall working on it before my dedicated internet connection comes
on line.

With 6.2 I was using ipchains, but with 7.1 I guess there is a new
firewall-config tool you can use or I have even heard to use iptables. So
first of all, what is the best/securest way to get this working - ipchains
script from 6.2, use the firewall-config tool or iptables?

Is there any information on using the firewall-config tool? I've looked many
times at the how-tos and see only the ipchains based how-tos. Is there a
how-to on iptables?

Any help will be appreciated.
