procmail problem. Virus problem. Domain Problem

Hi!

I have recently installed a mailserver on REDHAT 7.0. I am fetching mails from ISP for around 50 people. The problem is .fetchmailrc in root does not put the mails into the respective mailboxes but keeps on dropping in root in case of my fetching mail for all the people from a single email address.
Whereas if i define all the accounts alongwith the password (given at ISP's site) and their respective accounts locally (here) where mail has to be dropped it works ?

But again .procmailrc (in root) is not being read in both the cases.
I have defined rules in .procmailrc for mail dropping in root.

Another problem is I have two domains. One is internal domain i.e. localdomain.com (on LAN ip addresses) and another one is registered domain. The Localdomain is on NT platform. I want to drop all the mails coming from registered domain to localdomain. How to go about it ??

Also if somebody can help me in getting LINUX  antivirus(Freeware)  to scan my incoming and outgoing mails ?

Regards
shelly
