Acrobat 4

Can somebody help me, I have installed Acrobat 4, and it has installed in
/usr/local/Acrobat4 but it does not integrate with pdf documents and
whenever I double-click on pdf documents it opens it with the old reader,
how do I sort out this problem ???

Besides this if I try to start Acrobat 4 independently, nothing happens (if
I double click in X) or if I run within the text environment.
