Static IP address

Hello Group,
I just ploughed through some connections of mine and found
that I can get at least 3 static IP addresses for lease.
This would alleviate me not having to use DNS services like
that of DHS for web hosting with a dynamic IP. But these IP
address are not from my ISP that I have a 24/7 connection.
Now, I just want to make sure that I get this write. The 3
IP addresses will come from another company other than my
ISP. I will use the 3 IP address as follows:
1. One for the webserver (I know is more prone to attacks)
2. The second for the primary DNS server
3.The third and last for the secondary DNS server
I would have to contact the company that is currently listed
as my domain authority and have them release it.
In addition, I will have a DSL Router providing Inet
connections to all my PCs. Even though my ISP IP address
will change every time, I will have harden IP addresses in
the DNS servers and web server.
Please share some thought. It sounds like I am missing a
bunch. You tell me, but ber nice :-).
If I totoally confuse you which I sometime do to myself,
disregard all what you
have read so far and explain how I can implement a web
server, with a primary
and secondary DNS server with 3 IPs. Thanks a bunch.
