RedHat 7.1 SMP

Hello:

I got a new machine with two processors and I'd like to install RedHat 7.1.
Does RedHat 7.1 support SMP out-of-the box or do I have to compile a new
kernel?

Also, has anybody successfully installed RedHat 7.1 on a multi-processor
machine?  How was your experience?

How can I explicitly schedule a job to run on a specific processor?
