your question is not clear -- what do you mean -- "to other than what I
specify"?
you can do it in one of two ways in Apache -- you can restrict access from
ALL IP addresses, then specify the ones you want to allow or allow from ALL
and then specify which wans you want to deny -- you can also block groups
of addresses by truncating the IP address, as, for example
192.168
192.168.0
