I am not sure exactly what you mean, but using tcpwrappers might be what
you are asking for, which I believe is part of the standard Red Hat
distribution. If not you can get it at rpmfind.net or ftp.redhat.com. If
what this you are asking for, you can go into /etc/hosts.allow and specify
exactly which ip addresses or classes of addresses are allowed into your
system. If you give me some hints, perhaps I might have other
suggestions.
