When you say that windows says that you have XXXX MB free, where are you
looking? If you are doing a DIR query in a CMD window, that's not telling
you what's free. If you have free space on your hard drive according to
FDISK or if you are running NT, according to Disk Manager, then you are in
business. You have to have an empty DOS partition in order to do a
partitionless install. If you would like, I can forward you the
installation procedure.
Hope this helps

Subject: Partitionless Installation
Hi.
I am trying to do a partitionless installation of RH7.1. Disk Druid
detects my partition as one of size 32616M and of type 0x44. In the drive
summary it says 99% is used up and only 16M is free. However, in Windows it
says I have 8622MB free. Can someone explain what is wrong? why is 99% of my
hard disk used and what is 0x44?
Thanks.
