NIC Card... again

Title: NIC Card... again

I'm reposting my previous question just in case it didn't work properly (I'm new to the list.)

I have a Linksysy Fast Ethernet 10/100 card and I've gotten the tulip.c
driver... but I can't get it to compile right for RH 7.1
The directories for 7.1 seem to be different than the driver instructions
say they should be (for any Linux).

So if anyone even just has some ideas I'd appreciate it.
