That would indicate a line problem - your modem cannot detect that a phone
line is attached. There may be issues with the modem detecting the
carrier on your phone system, although since it was working before that
would be a little strange. There may be a setting you need to tweak,
though. You can also force the modem to dial without detecting a carrier:
Carrier Check = no
Give that a shot.
