Hello ppl
Looks like I've managed to successfully install
redhat 6.2 on to my Compaq Presario 1246 - YAY !!! Unfortunately the display
doesn't appear correctly. The right hand of the screen just appears fuzzy
and the bottom has a kind of ghost like image of the top part of the
screen. The top part of the screen appears perfectly, so n e body got n e
ideas how 2 get the screen to display properly ?
I've got a feeling it needs a driver update,
however I checked the Compaq website and they don't do drivers for 3 party
operating systems !! :( it may also be something to do with the
refresh rate, in the installation I'm sure I set it to 60Hz
............... But I don't really know.
Any ideas anyone ?
