Windows browse lists are maintained using broadcasts, and thus are
only subnet-wide.  In order to provide NetBIOS name resolution
for machines outside the local subnet, you need to have those
machines register with a remote WINS server (which could be nmbd).

You may want to look into something like the "remote announce"
option in smb.conf.  Sorry, but NetBIOS was never designed for
routed networks so the best you can do is workarounds.
