as root on your linux box, use the following date format to change it:
date MMDDhhmmCCYY.ss
example: date 030816302001.00

no matter what i do the date on my RH6.2 stays at feb 06 ....
I adjusted the /clock by UTC=false arc = true...
still the same after reboot.
what is wrong?.
