Flushing the cache isn't the issue although while we're on that subject it
appears that IE5.5 does have a problem with caches.  Flushing the cache
and removing all local content sometimes isn't enough to get pages to
refresh properly in the latest IE5 versions.

Looks like just one more thing that Microsoft broke either in Windows or
IE5.
