basic ftp question

Hi everybody!
I have a RH62 workstation (not a server), but I need to have the necessary ftp software (daemons?) for other PCs to ftp to it.  What items do I need and how do I set them up.  I apologize if this is a trivial question, but I am not network savy (yet).
