X Problem

Hi all, i have a custom laptop and obviously im trying to install RH 
Wolverine

Why Wolverine ?, well i had bad luck with previous versions because i never 
can setup the display, probably because a dont have the monitor 
specifications and the factory doesnt answer my messages.

Fortunately this version looks great, in the installation process  anaconda 
detected my display and run the graphic mode but, in display setup i again 
cant find the right settings, installer recognize well my sis630 video card 
and in monitor shows a DDC undetected setting with a vertical/horizontal 
range , anyway i cant setup this stuff.
In my opinion if the installer can run on graphic mode, apparently gnome RH 
must be run without problem but how can i detect, investigate o whatever 
this settings ??.
