Re: Kernel 2.4 on RH 6.2



Hi.

It's a rather simple procedure. If you don't howto compile a kernel I
suggest that you look for a HOWTO on that. Otherwise all you have to do to
prepare RedHat 6.2 is to upgrade modutils so it support the new layout of
the kernelmodules. Check updates from redhat for redhat 6.2 and you will
found latest modutils, to upgrade just run rpm -Uvh rpmfile.
