it is still 2:1 AFAIK. At least that is what I generally tell people,
unless they are trying to install on a machine with less than 64 megs of
ram. At a minimum, I usually reccommend 128 Megs swap, just for safety
sake, esp. if they only have 16-32 Megs RAM to start with.
but as I said, AFAIK, the "reccommended ratio" is still roughly 2:1
