RH7 freeze!!

Hi,

I installed RH7 a couple of months ago with Gnome. Everything was okay
until last
week. For the last 5 days everytime I'm logged as a user my screen
freeze, I can't
move the cursor and the keyboard do not respond. I have to powered-off
the hard
way (press the on/off button).  It never happens when I'm logged as
root. It's not
Netscape because it freezed even if I don't use it. It does'nt happen
while I'm using a specific application or at a specific time from the
beginning of the session. It just
freeze sometime while I'm working!!!!

The only thing that I have changed is my way to logout. Before I
"halted" the system
at the logout screen of my session and now I just logout and then I halt
the session at the RedHat Loging Screen.

Can it be Gnome that do some wrong operations when an user logout?

If it's not, someone has an idea!!

The output of my /var/log/messages from a "frozen session" is attached
to this eMail.
