Pardon the [O/T] but tangentially this will help someone take a few more
steps towards an RH install, so maybe this post is OK :-)
A European friend is running Suse 6.3 dual-booted w/Win98. He's
interested in switching to RH (I think because of RPM's but not
completely sure). Anyway, in the course of time, he's built a huge
repository of graphics files etc. and wants to burn 'em onto a CD and
get 'em off the machine in preparation for the conversion to a single
booting RH box. His CD burner is internal, and for some reason doesn't
have the adaptec software that customarily accompanies the drive in the
M$ world.
Is there any CD burner software on an Suse CD?? If not, where could he
obtain CD burner software that would work under that (and other)
distro's.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Regards,
-Colin
