What other information's are required to find the problem?

I send yesterday an email regarding my problems to upgrade from RH 6.2 – RH 7.2
The installer (text mode) just stops at about 60% of the “Perform post installation ….”
I checked the status and it stopped where it creates the swap space.
I let it sit for 24 hours – nothing – no error but also no difference.
What can I do besides making a fresh installation?
